How to Cancel a Building Material Order on Benna and Get Your Refund

Mistakes happen — you may realize shortly after placing an order that you ordered the wrong product, the wrong quantity, or simply changed your mind. Benna's order cancellation process is designed to be as simple as possible, but there are time windows and conditions that affect whether you can cancel.

Order Cancellation Window

The safest time to cancel is within the first 2 hours after placing an order, before the vendor begins processing. Most orders enter processing status within a few hours of placement, and cancellations after processing begins may not be possible for all product types.

How to Cancel an Order on Benna

• Go to 'My Orders' in your Benna account

• Find the order you want to cancel and click 'Cancel Order'

• Select the reason for cancellation

• Confirm cancellation. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email

What Happens to Your Payment After Cancellation

For orders canceled before shipping, full refunds are processed automatically. Card payments are typically refunded within 5–7 business days. Bank transfer payments are refunded to your registered account within 3–5 business days. If the order was partially fulfilled (some items shipped, some not), you will receive a partial refund for the unfulfilled portion.

When Cancellation is Not Possible

• Custom-fabricated or special-order items that are already in production

• Items that have already been dispatched for delivery
