How to Handle Defective or Damaged Construction Materials from Your Benna Order

Receiving defective construction materials is frustrating, especially when it delays your project. Benna has a straightforward process for handling defective product claims, ensuring that customers receive replacements or refunds without unnecessary complications.

Common Defect Issues with Construction Materials

  • Cracked or chipped tiles from improper packaging during transport

  • Incorrect color or shade of tiles compared to product images online

  • Cement bags that arrived torn or wet and partially set

  • Paint cans that arrived opened, spilled, or of incorrect color code

  • Sanitary ware with manufacturing defects (cracks in the glaze, uneven surfaces)

How to Document and Report Defects

  • Photograph the packaging to show if damage occurred during shipping

  • Note the lot number and production batch if visible on the product label

  • Keep the original packaging until the defect claim is resolved
