Return & Exchange Policy
Benna’s return policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. However, certain products—such as custom-cut materials, special orders, clearance items, and items marked as non-returnable—are excluded from returns.
